DESIGN IS EVERYTHING
The manifesto; the written declaration of one's beliefs, of which there are countless already that I've been assigned with reading and analyzing. Regardless, I present my own: DESIGN IS EVERYTHING. In it, I express my thoughts on design as a practice, its relation to art and to humanity as a whole. The design was crafted to be in-your-face and to exploit the traditional Swiss-derived design standards to the point of satire. I experimented with bold colors, overprinted over one another with imperfect registration and just at the tipping point of legibility.
