As a creative exercise, I created Cacao & Co as a conceptual chocolate bar brand and developed packaging for it. Chocolate bars are not products that consumers typically research beforehand nor do they have unbreakable loyalty to, thus making it important to communicate all important information in a place. Using streamlined typography, bold color palettes, and imagery evoking feelings of nature, I crafted a packaging identity that would stand out on the grocery shelf, drawing in potential consumers as they breeze through the checkout line or pace down the candy aisle.
